My job is to really help you look at the way you think and live your life and help you live the life that reflects you . I blend my clinical experience with the latest research to help people understand and ultimately, live a purpose driven life.
More professionally, I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #136508 and APCC #12918. I received my Master’s from California Baptist University in Counseling Psychology and my Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Biola University.
I’ve worked in the legal industry helping lawyers and families plan for and work through death. I specialize in helping lawyers and other professionals work through the thoughts and beliefs that can take the joy from life and lead to thoughts of this not being enough, of needing more from life, from wanting something else.
But if you are asking if I can help you, I find my greatest delight in challenging those who don’t believe in themselves to be fiercely themselves and to build a life that makes you fulfilled and happy. Finding ways to challenge and embrace new thoughts and beliefs about ourselves is hard and takes courage. I would be honored to help you with that journey.
